Need a room close to the city?

A lot of brides put unnecessary pressure on themselves by getting ready at home and then making a long drive to their ceremony. To add insult to injury, most suburban homes do not offer an ideal shooting environment for wedding photography. Finding a place close to the city or close to where ever you are getting married with nice open spaces and good locations for photography is a small investment which will reap many rewards.

This apartment in the city sleeps 7 and is available for short term rental. Consider that for less then $500 you can have a place for all of the bridesmaids and yourself to sleep before the wedding and a room for people to return to the night after the wedding. There is a good amount of secured visitor parking along with a lot of free street parking. Better still, just look at the view.

Wedding Books can be purchased at any point after the wedding and the price is locked in once you pay a deposit. You never have to worry about unexpected expenses.

Square Deluxe Wedding Book

The beautiful glossy pages of this flat-lay book has proven to be the most popular choice amongst Rob's brides. The modern double bind design allows the pages to sit perfectly flat producing a tablet like appearance.

Square pages give us greater use images of varying dimensions and nothing looks better then a single image spanning across the entire two page spread.

Large Wedding Book

The Large Wedding Book is a portable, sleek design with rolling pages. It is perfect if you want to take an album with you.

Once open the book displays a large surface area for story telling. Paper types available included photo gloss, semi-gloss and art paper.

Grand Wedding Book

The Grand Wedding Book is massive. Once opened it can fill a coffee table. Thick pages gives the book a feel of strength.

Guest Signing Books

Printed onto a finely textured matte art paper the guest signing book gives your guest the room to write to their hearts content while viewing vividly printed images from the pre-wedding photo shoot included in every photography package offered by Rob Dose.

The Guest Signing Book is an alternative to the more common Photo Signing Matte. It provides vastly more room for each guest to write. For larger weddings more pages can be added to provide more writing space.

FAQ Style

I am primarily a documentary photographer however what most people recognise me for is my blend of modern directed photography. I have a mix of high-fashion and abstract photography running through my blood and it always manages to find a way to influence me.

I love challenges and I love the idea of a single photo which can represent everything about you. I want you to challenge me to include the aspects of your life which you hold most dear and find a way to represent that in an image.

On the wedding day, you will see a mix between candid photo-journalism, traditional posed (family photos) and modern direction (pretty much everything in my best of gallery).

I use any and all available tools at my disposal, even if it may not be immediately obvious. To quote a WWA post; "somehow Rob seems to just know what will look amazing in photos... I'm a bit in awe".

FAQ Travel

I travel through-out Western Australia for wedding and portrait photography. However due to family commitments (I love my family), I do not travel internationally and inter-state travel is limited to certain times of the year.

Areas which I visit frequently and are free of travel charges include (but not limited to) the area between Albany and Geraldton including Margaret River, Busselton and Bunbury.

Other areas may or may not include a fee for travel so please ask through the contact page. I do love to get out onto the road as often as possible so I always welcome a distant wedding.
